We operate online only and supply EU‑made products exclusively to consumer customers located within the European Union.

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout

We reserve the right to refuse service if misuse or fraud is suspected.

3. Products & Availability

All products offered in our store are:

  • Manufactured within the European Union
  • Shipped from EU‑based suppliers or fulfillment centers
  • Subject to availability

Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur due to supplier updates or manufacturing changes.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with EU VAT rules. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • SEPA‑compatible payment methods
  • EU‑approved online payment services (e.g., PayPal, Klarna, etc.)

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

5. Order Processing

When you place an order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation once the product is dispatched

We act as a dropshipping retailer, meaning products may be shipped directly from our EU‑based suppliers.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the European Union only. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and supplier location, typically 3–10 business days. Ordering products that not currently in stock with manufacturer may ship substantially later.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier processing times
  • Stock fulfillment issues
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Force majeure events

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Personalized or custom‑made products
  • Digital goods once downloaded

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by the standard EU legal guarantee of 2 years for manufacturing defects. This does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Unauthorized modifications

If you believe your product is defective, contact us with photos and order details at help@anthilstore.com and we will address the matter directly with the manufacturer in question.

  • Delays caused by third‑party carriers or suppliers

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
